Platinum or Gold?

Platinum and gold both have durability, but they differ in cost and maintenance.

Platinum, denser and purer, costs more due to needing more material and labor for its challenging work. While it securely holds stones, it scratches easily, loses shine, and is harder to polish. However, it stays white naturally.

Gold, easier to work with, costs less, and is less prone to scratches and dents. Yet, it requires polishing and will eventually turn yellow because it's naturally not white.
