Turn your luxury items into cash or your next jewelry purchase with Eternity. We accept select authentic designer handbags, accessories, jewelry, watches, and other luxury brand-name items for consignment or store credit.

Option 1: Consignment

We'll professionally market and sell your approved item through our available sales channels.

For most items, our consignment fee is 5% of the final selling price, with a minimum fee of $250 per item. Certain items may be subject to different fees based on their value, condition, demand, or the services required. Any applicable fees will be discussed with you before your item is accepted.

Our pricing is based on factors including:

• Brand and model
• Condition
• Current market demand
• Original packaging, receipts, authenticity cards, and accessories
• Comparable resale market values

Please note that all quotes are estimates until the item has been inspected in person. Listing prices and final selling prices are not guaranteed.

Option 2: Eternity Store Credit Buyout / Trade-in

If you're ready to purchase jewelry from Eternity, you may choose our Immediate Store Credit Buyout program.

Instead of waiting for your item to sell through consignment, Eternity may purchase your item by issuing immediate store credit, allowing you to trade in your luxury item toward an eligible jewelry purchase right away.

Because Eternity assumes the resale risk, storage, marketing, and selling expenses, store credit buyout offers are typically lower than estimated consignment payouts.

Store credit is valid toward eligible purchases from Eternity and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Use Your Consignment Proceeds Toward Jewelry

If you choose to apply your consignment proceeds toward an eligible jewelry purchase from Eternity, our standard consignment commission will be waived. You will only be responsible for any applicable shipping, insurance, authentication, and other third-party service fees incurred during the consignment process.

Please let us know before your consignment payout is issued if you would like to apply your proceeds toward a jewelry purchase. Once confirmed, your proceeds will be applied as store credit toward your new purchase.

This option allows you to receive the full value of your consignment proceeds (less applicable third-party fees) while purchasing your next piece from Eternity.

How It Works

1. Submit Your Item

2. Receive a Preliminary Estimate
We'll review your submission and provide a preliminary consignment estimate, store credit buyout offer, or both.

3. Inspection & Final Approval
Your item will be inspected to confirm its condition and authenticity. Final pricing and payout may be adjusted based on the inspection results and the final selling price. We will contact you for approval if any changes are required before proceeding.

4. Choose Your Preferred Option

• Receive a cash payout through consignment
• Accept an immediate Eternity store credit buyout
• Apply your consignment proceeds toward an eligible Eternity jewelry purchase

• Select watches
• Other authentic luxury or brand-name items

Acceptance is based on authenticity, condition, market demand, and resale value. Eternity reserves the right to decline any item.

Important Information

• All items must be authentic and legally owned by the person submitting them.
• All quotes are preliminary until the item has been physically inspected. Final pricing and payout may be adjusted based on the inspection results, market conditions, and the final selling price.
• Consignment fees, shipping costs, authentication fees, insurance, and any applicable third-party charges will be disclosed before acceptance.
• Certain items may be subject to different commission rates or minimum fees depending on their value, condition, or the services required.
• All consigned items are subject to a minimum 30-day consignment period. During this time, items cannot be withdrawn or requested for return while Eternity actively markets them for sale.
• If an item is withdrawn before the 30-day consignment period has ended, Eternity reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover marketing, photography, authentication, administrative work, and other services already performed.
• Clients are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with the return of their item if they request to withdraw it at any time.
• Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward eligible purchases from Eternity.
• Eternity reserves the right to decline any item or discontinue the consignment process at its sole discretion.
