Refund policy

No returns or exchanges on custom jewelry, including all jewelries that have been modified. Deposit for custom jewelry is non-refundable and non-transferable.

No returns on special order diamonds. Deposit for special order diamonds are non-refundable. To ensure 100% satisfaction, clients can transfer deposit credit to a different diamond or diamonds. Diamonds bought using transferred deposit credit are final sale (no return or exchange).

All natural diamonds and natural diamond jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, upgrade programs, or buyback options.

Ready stock lab diamonds & jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 14 days; 5% restocking fees applied to returned items. Diamonds and jewelry must be in their original condition (no damage / new, unworn).

Return Process:

Contact us directly to initiate all returns and exchanges within 14 days from the day of your purchase. Please securely package your item and all original materials / gifts that were shipped with the item. Insure & ship the package back to us! 

For all exchanges, we will ship out the replacement after the exchanged item has been received. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The buyer will be solely responsible for collecting any unpaid fees from merchant credit processor resulting from a return for any reason. Any unpaid fees will not be returned by us.

Resizing:

Resizing costs vary depending on the material and the extent of the size change. We recommend an inspection to provide an accurate quote. We also offer a Jewelry Maintenance Program, which includes a one-time fee starting at $100, depending on the material (14k, 18k, or platinum). This program provides complimentary resizing, inspections, and cleaning, as well as discounted rates for rhodium plating and polishing, ensuring your jewelry remains in optimal condition.

Warranty Policy: We offer a 6-month warranty on our jewelry, covering manufacturing defects and craftsmanship-related issues. This includes problems like loose gemstones, faulty clasps, or defects in the metalwork that result from the manufacturing process. If any covered issues occur within the warranty period, our jeweler will typically repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Exclusions: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care is not covered.

For resizing or maintenance, please note that the client is responsible for the cost of shipping labels. If an item is deemed defective after inspection, the shipping cost will be refunded.

Lab Diamond Upgrade & Buy Back Policies  

We provide all our customers with the opportunity to repurchase their items. *** Exclusively to white/colorless lab-grown diamonds (certified by IGI and/or GIA) in standard sizes or carat weights. Larger and premium stones are considered special orders, and we offer consignment options for these instead.

Upgrade details:

1. You will receive 100% credit of the original price (no loss) toward the purchase of a new diamond or diamonds and jewelry as long as the total price of your new selection is two times (2x) the original purchased amount.  

2. Your diamond must be returned in its saleable condition, NO damage. Fees may apply if the original diamond certificate is missing or damaged.

3. Any diamond not originally set by us must be returned without the setting.

4. Your new selection will be shipped after the returned diamond / jewelry has passed our inspection.

5. Diamonds and jewelry purchased as part of our upgrade program may not be returned for credit, but can be exchanged; please see our returns/exchanges policies for details. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buy back details:

We will buy back your diamond up to 70% of sale price during the first year of purchase.

We will buy back your diamond up to 60% of market price depending on market’s supply and demand. 

We will buy back your settings based on condition and current gold/platinum's price.

RTW Jewelry Upgrade & Buy Back Policies  

RTW (ready-to-wear) jewelry is eligible for upgrades under the same terms as our loose diamond upgrade policy.

We will buy back certified RTW jewelry up to 70% of purchase price depending on condition.

We will buy back selected styles of uncertified RTW jewelry up to 60% of purchase price depending on condition.

 

***International orders may be eligible for upgrade/buy back on a case-by-case basis. Duties and taxes paid on the original purchase will not be included. 

This program only applies to diamonds and jewelry purchased from us (must have proof of purchase).


Please note:

  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or with any discount are not eligible for buyback.

  • Upgrade eligibility may still apply, but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and based on the final sale price and condition.

Important: All PayPal Financing purchases follow the same upgrade and buy‑back rules as standard orders. However, if your purchase is made via a Zelle payment plan, your balance must be fully paid off at least 90 days before you may request a buy‑back or upgrade.
