Returns, Exchanges, Upgrades & Trade-In Policy

At Eternity LGD, we offer returns, exchanges, upgrades, and trade-in options for eligible purchases under the terms below. For purchases made on or after October 20, 2026, approved returns and trade-ins are issued as Eternity store credit only.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-stock lab-grown diamonds and jewelry may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging, grading reports, and included gifts must be returned.
• Contact us within 14 days of purchase for approval before shipping any item.
• Customers are responsible for insured return shipping. Original shipping charges are not credited.
• Store credit will be issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and passes inspection.
• Exchanges will be completed after inspection. Any price difference must be paid, and any remaining eligible balance will be issued as store credit.

The following restrictions apply:

• Custom, made-to-order, and modified jewelry are final sale. Custom-order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Special-order diamonds are not eligible for returns. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred toward a different diamond. Purchases made using transferred deposit credit are final sale.
• International orders and sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased through the upgrade program are eligible for exchanges only, subject to the requirements above. Special orders remain final sale.

Lab-Grown Diamond Upgrades

Receive 100% of your eligible original purchase price as credit toward a new diamond or jewelry purchase valued at at least twice the original purchase amount.

• Eligible diamonds must be white/colorless, IGI- or GIA-certified lab-grown diamonds in standard sizes and carat weights.
• Diamonds must be undamaged and in saleable condition.
• The original grading report must be included. Fees may apply for missing or damaged reports.
• Diamonds set by another jeweler must be returned without the setting.
• Your new purchase will be completed after the returned item passes inspection.
• Larger, premium, and special-order diamonds are excluded from the standard program. Consignment or other options may be considered individually.

Lab-Grown Diamond Trade-Ins

If you prefer another piece without meeting the upgrade program’s minimum purchase requirement, eligible diamonds may be evaluated for store credit:

• During the first year of ownership: Up to 70% of the original purchase price.
• After the first year: Up to 60% of the diamond’s current market value, depending on condition, supply, and demand.
• Settings may qualify for additional credit based on their condition, precious-metal content, and current gold or platinum value.

These percentages are maximums, not guaranteed offers. Final credit amounts are determined after inspection and must be accepted before the trade-in is completed. The 2× purchase requirement does not apply to trade-in credit.

Ready-to-Wear Jewelry Upgrades & Trade-Ins

Ready-to-wear jewelry includes completed rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other pieces purchased from our ready-stock collection.

Eligible pieces may qualify for:

• Upgrades: 100% of the original purchase price toward a new purchase valued at least twice the original amount.
• Certified jewelry trade-ins: Up to 70% of the original purchase price as store credit, depending on condition.
• Selected uncertified jewelry trade-ins: Up to 60% of the original purchase price as store credit, depending on style and condition.

Trade-in percentages are maximums and are subject to inspection. Please contact us to confirm your item’s eligibility.

Natural Diamonds & Gemstones

Natural diamonds, natural gemstones, and jewelry containing them are excluded from our standard lab-grown diamond trade-in program.

Upgrade, trade-in, or consignment options may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Gold components may also be evaluated under our gold jewelry trade-in terms below.

Gold Jewelry Trade-Ins

We accept gold jewelry in exchange for Eternity LGD store credit, even if it was not originally purchased from us. Cash payments are not available.

• Trade-in value is based on the jewelry’s gold content, not its original retail price.
• With your approval, the jewelry will be melted and refined to verify its purity and weight. Once melting begins, the original piece cannot be returned.
• The final store credit amount is determined after refining, based on the verified gold content and our offered rate using the current gold market price at the time of settlement.
• Diamonds, gemstones, and other non-gold materials are excluded from the gold valuation unless otherwise agreed upon. Arrangements for their removal, return, or separate valuation must be confirmed before processing.
• Gold trade-in credit may be applied toward another Eternity LGD purchase without a 2× purchase requirement.

Payment Plan & Financing Purchases

Purchases made through any payment plan or financing option follow the same upgrade and trade-in policies as other purchases.

However, the purchase must be paid in full, and at least 90 days must have passed since the final payment before an upgrade or trade-in request may be submitted.

Store Credit & General Terms

• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to the original payment method, except where required by law.
• Except for gold jewelry trade-ins, these upgrade and trade-in programs apply only to eligible items originally purchased from Eternity LGD. Proof of purchase is required.
• Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are excluded from upgrade and trade-in valuations.
• Items purchased on sale, promotion, or with any discount are excluded from standard diamond and ready-to-wear jewelry trade-ins. Upgrade requests may be considered individually based on the actual purchase price and condition.
• International upgrade and trade-in requests are considered individually. Applicable shipping charges, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
• All preliminary upgrade and trade-in estimates are subject to physical inspection and confirmation.
• Please obtain approval and shipping instructions before sending any item.
