Please note that the price you receive in your quote is an estimated figure, which may vary based on current gold prices and other materials. To ensure a more accurate quote, we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible about your desired piece.

Once submitted, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please be aware that our quote is only valid for 2 weeks.

Our custom designs typically take 2-8 weeks to complete. Before we begin production, we will send you a CAD file for your approval. Once you approve the design, please keep in mind that changes cannot be made. A deposit is required for all custom orders and is non-refundable.

Custom Jewelry Policy

🖥️ CAD Approval & Finalization

• Once the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) file is approved by the client, no major changes can be made.

• Approval confirms that you are satisfied with the design, structure, and aesthetics of the piece.

• After approval, production begins and the order is considered final.

📐 Practicality & Wearability

• While we work closely with clients to meet their design preferences, we are not responsible for practicality, comfort, or wearability issues after production.

• Some styles may be aesthetic-forward, and may not be ideal for everyday wear. Please let us know in advance if comfort or long-term practicality is a priority.

• Any modifications required after delivery (such as resizing or reinforcement) will be at the client's expense.

🚫 Cancellations or Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once CAD is approved and production begins.

• We do not guarantee exact replication of inspiration photos unless exact measurements and details are provided by the client in advance.

• We guarantee quality craftsmanship and will correct any manufacturing defects within the first 6 months.

• We provide CAD photos during the process to ensure client feedback is incorporated before finalizing.
