• Quotes are valid for 48 hours from the date provided and are subject to change based on current material and market pricing.
• A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Deposit amount may vary depending on the project.
• Production timelines typically range from 2–8 weeks depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and production schedule. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
• CAD renderings or design approvals must be confirmed before manufacturing begins. Once approved, major design changes may result in additional charges and production delays.
• Inspiration photos are used as references only. Exact replication of another jeweler’s design is not guaranteed.
• Final stone weights, dimensions, and gold weights may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of custom jewelry production.
• Certain fashion-focused or delicate designs may prioritize appearance over comfort or everyday practicality. Please consider lifestyle and wear preferences when selecting your design.
• Eternity LGD is not responsible for damage caused by improper wear, accidental impact, misuse, or unauthorized third-party modifications or repairs.
• All custom orders, personalized items, redesigned jewelry, special order diamonds, and modified pieces are final sale.
• Remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or pickup.
