Lab Diamond, Jewelry Upgrade & Buy-Back Policy

We are proud to offer upgrade and buy-back options for eligible jewelry purchased from us.

This program applies exclusively to white/colorless IGI or GIA certified lab-grown diamonds in standard sizes and carat weights. Larger or premium diamonds are considered special orders and may instead qualify for our consignment program.

Lab Diamond Upgrade

1. Receive 100% of your original purchase price as credit toward a new purchase when your new diamond or jewelry purchase is at least 2× the original purchase amount.

2. Your diamond must be returned in saleable condition with no damage. Fees may apply if the original grading report is missing or damaged.

3. Diamonds not originally set by us must be returned without the setting.

4. Your new purchase will be completed after the returned item has passed our inspection.

5. Diamonds and jewelry purchased as part of our upgrade program may not be returned for credit but may be exchanged. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lab Diamond Buy-Back

• Certified lab-grown diamonds: Up to 70% of the original purchase price during the first year of ownership.

• After the first year: Up to 60% of the current market value, depending on market supply and demand.

• Settings may also qualify for buy-back based on their condition and the current gold or platinum market value.

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Jewelry

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) jewelry refers to completed jewelry pieces that are already manufactured and sold as finished items, rather than being custom-made or made to order. This includes engagement rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and other jewelry purchased directly from our ready-stock collection.

Eligible RTW jewelry purchased from us may qualify under the following:

• Upgrade eligibility follows the same terms as our loose lab diamond upgrade policy.

• Certified RTW jewelry: Up to 70% of the original purchase price, depending on condition.

• Selected uncertified RTW jewelry: Up to 60% of the original purchase price, depending on condition.

Natural Diamonds & Gemstones

Natural diamonds, natural gemstone jewelry, and loose natural gemstones are not eligible for our buy-back program.

Trade-in, upgrade, consignment, or other options may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for an evaluation.

Gold Jewelry Buying

We also purchase gold jewelry, even if it was not originally purchased from us.

• Gold jewelry is purchased based on its gold content, not its original retail value.

• The final payout is determined after the gold has been melted and refined to verify its purity and weight.

• We pay competitive rates based on the current gold market price at the time of settlement.

• Diamonds, gemstones, and other non-gold materials are not included in the gold value unless otherwise agreed upon.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• International orders may be eligible for upgrade or buy-back on a case-by-case basis. Duties, taxes, and shipping charges paid on the original purchase are not refundable.

• This program applies only to diamonds and jewelry purchased from us unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase is required.

• Items purchased on sale, promotion, or with any discount are not eligible for buy-back.

• Upgrade eligibility for discounted items may still be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the final purchase price and the item's condition.

• Purchases made using PayPal Financing follow the same upgrade and buy-back policies as standard purchases.

• Purchases made through our Zelle Payment Plan are eligible for upgrades only and are not eligible for buy-back. The balance must be paid in full for at least 90 days before an upgrade request may be submitted.
