Pricing

• Prices are based on the daily gold market and supplier pricing at the time your order is placed.
• Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
• Once a deposit is received, your price is locked and cannot be adjusted due to future gold price fluctuations.

Deposits

• A 30–50% non-refundable deposit is required to place an order.
• The remaining balance is due before the item ships from Hong Kong.
• Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Returns & Exchanges

• As each item is imported specifically for the customer, all Hong Kong imported jewelry is final sale.
• Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production or procurement has begun.

Trade-In, Buyback & Consignment

Consignment (Recommended)

If you no longer wear your jewelry, we recommend consigning it with us.

• Consignment typically results in less depreciation than an immediate buyback.
• We will market and sell the item on your behalf.
• Final payout depends on the selling price, condition, and applicable selling fees.

Immediate Buyback

• Buyback offers are based primarily on the current gold market value.
• Diamonds and gemstones may receive additional value depending on their quality, certification, market demand, and resale potential.
• All items are subject to inspection. Wear, scratches, damage, missing stones, or required repairs may reduce the final offer.

Trade-In

• Eligible Hong Kong imported jewelry may be traded toward another jewelry purchase.
• Trade-in value is determined based on the item's condition, current gold market value, market demand, and any repairs or refurbishment required.
• Trade-in credit may be up to 70% of the original purchase price, depending on the factors above.
• If the approved trade-in value exceeds the purchase price of the new item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided for unused trade-in value.
• Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be applied toward future purchases with Eternity.

     Additional Information

• Gold prices fluctuate daily and may affect future buyback and trade-in values.
• All values are determined at the time of inspection and are subject to our current policies.
• Eternity reserves the right to decline a buyback, trade-in, or consignment request for items that are excessively damaged, altered, or no longer meet our resale standards.
